There is one thing I want to say plainly here, because Avondale is exactly the community where it matters most. If the document is in Spanish or another language, that’s not an obstacle to notarizing the signature. I do need to be able to communicate directly with the signer well enough to confirm you understand you’re signing and are doing it willingly, without someone else answering for you.
